Lookin’ good for April

Ladelah wants to make a rhubarb simple syrup for our next Sunday Supper cocktail. So glad the girl knows how to make a stellar drink.

I am told to harvest 20% of our crop this year. That's about 1 bunch of asparagus. I'm thinking risotto. Apparently these plants can grow to 150 pounds with their root systems. That's a pretty permanent plant.
